This Privacy Policy explains how Pixetura ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit pixetura.com or use any of our tools and services.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: If you create an account, we store your email address and a hashed password (bcrypt). We do not store passwords in plain text.

Tool usage: Our public tools (audit checkers, generators) accept the URL or text you submit. We may temporarily cache results to improve performance but do not retain submitted content beyond what is required to deliver the result.

Contact form: When you submit our contact form or request a quote, we store your name, email, and message for the purpose of responding.

Server logs: Our servers automatically record IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, and timestamp for security and debugging. Logs are rotated and deleted after 30 days.

2. Cookies and Tracking

Essential cookies: We use a session cookie (PHPSESSID) to maintain your login state. This cookie is required for authenticated areas and is marked Secure and HttpOnly.

Analytics: We use Google Analytics (gtag.js) to measure aggregate traffic patterns. Analytics cookies do not personally identify you. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Advertising: We may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies to personalize ads based on your prior visits to our site or other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info.

5. Data Security

All traffic to pixetura.com uses HTTPS encryption. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Database backups are encrypted at rest. While no system is 100% secure, we apply reasonable industry-standard precautions.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Server logs are deleted after 30 days. Contact form submissions are retained for one year, then deleted unless an active business relationship is in place.

7. Your Rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or withdraw consent for marketing communications by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

8. Children

Pixetura is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
