These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pixetura.com, our free public tools, and any development, hosting, or support services we provide. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

You may browse the site and use our public tools (audit checkers, generators) for any lawful purpose. You agree not to: (a) use the site to violate any law; (b) attempt to interfere with site availability through automated scraping, denial-of-service, or vulnerability scanning without prior written permission; (c) misrepresent the source of submitted URLs or content; (d) use our tools to test or attack systems you do not own or have authorization to test.

2. Public Tools

Our audit checkers, validators, and generators are provided "as is" and "as available" for informational purposes. Results are best-effort and may not reflect the actual production state of the analyzed system. Do not rely on tool output as a sole basis for security, legal, or financial decisions.

3. Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Paid Services

Development, hosting, and support services are governed by a separate signed Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement. The terms of that document control over these Terms with respect to deliverables, payment, and termination.

5. Intellectual Property

All site content, including the Pixetura name, logo, original tool implementations, and visual design, is owned by Pixetura and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer site code or design without permission.

You retain ownership of any URL, content, or data you submit through public tools. We do not claim rights to user-submitted content.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

Our site may link to or integrate third-party services (Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Cloudflare, font CDNs). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third party. Their terms and privacy policies govern your interaction with their services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or accuracy of any tool output.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixetura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or tools, including lost data, lost revenue, or business interruption. Our total liability for any direct claim shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).
